Kindred 2022: Knowsley

by | Jan 31, 2022 | Events, Featured news, News

One Knowsley is pleased to announce that Kindred will be hosting an event at the Old Schoolhouse community project on the 8th February. This is a great opportunity for Social Trading Organisations (STO’s) to attend and find out about the opportunities that Kindred can offer, be that through connections or through financial assistance.

Kindred connects, supports and harnesses local entrepreneurialism for social good. Owned locally and collectively, they are a collaborative network of socially-trading organisations (STOs) with an ambition for our city region.

Kindred have two key functions – a collaborative, peer-to-peer support network to develop and grow our collective impact, across Liverpool City Region; and money to invest in the region’s socially-trading organisations, to help you grow and multiply your impact.

In 2021, Kindred committed £950,000 to 22 STOs, and now they’re launching their second round of support. They are hosting a series of events across a week in February to introduce STOs to Kindred, giving you a chance to come along, meet them, ask questions and understand more about the unique way that Kindred works.

Join to find out more, meet peers and collaborators and see if you’d be interesting in working with Kindred.

You can find out more information about the past activities of Kindred on their website. You can book and find out about their events across the LCR region on Eventbrite
